Dear Sir,

The following points I would like to brought to kind notice,

1. In Our main line control cabinet we have two PLCs. one is FX3U PLC and second
is Mitsubishi Q 00J PLC. Among these two Mitsubishi Q 00J PLC is protected with password. As
that PLC is password protected, we are unable to access it.
As our SCADA is accessing the data from Q 00J PLC, We need to have the password of this PLC.

2. We are using INSPEC named SCADA software. In Mr. Hermess laptop we have
the INSPEC software but it is in Chinese. As it is in Chinese, We are unable to
access it.
We dont have any backup of our SCADA software as well as SCADA program.
3. We have received Electrical schematic wiring diagrams of our all control panels
but among those, so many pages are missing.
4. We have two new control panels. One is for Stitching machine and second is for
Furnace. We dont have proper electrical wiring diagrams of these two control
panels.
In view of the above, it is requested your good self to provide the following as early as possible for the
smooth running of our production line. Without these it will be very difficult to troubleshoot the problems
facing in production line.
1. Password of Mitsubishi Q 00J PLC.
2. Backup CPU with SCADA software (English Version) and SCADA program.
3. Backup of the SCADA software (English Version) and SCADA program.
4. UPS for SCADA computer for securing it from power fluctuations.

5. Complete Electrical schematic wiring diagrams of our all control panels.

6. Complete Electrical schematic wiring diagram of stitching machine & furnace
control panels.
