    Why did rome fall?


    The Roman Empire fell for multiple Reasons. We dont want our government to make the same
    mistakes, do we? The problems that we have to protect against are

    Economic Troubles
    How we can Protect against Debt: Raise taxes
    By lowering the retail price of items at the store and raising their taxes,
    People are still paying relatively the same amount but the US is getting paid
    more with the higher tax that can pay for what our government needs.

    Unloyal Mercenaries
    How can we protect the us from this: Give them Advantages
    When rome fell, it was partly because they hired foreign mercenaries that were
    unloyal. If we need to hire foreign mercenaries, we can give them things like
    shelter and food.

    Division of the Empire


    Our government is one. Ruled by one main person. Since our
    country is a whole, we dont need to worry about dividing.

    Foreign Invasions
    How can we protect against invasions: build a wall
    The obvious answer would be to build a wall. However, nowadays planes can
    easily fly over the walls and people can still invade us. We should be making
    more allies so that no country wants to invade ours.

    Constantine and Christianity


    In our government, People have Freedom of religion. Anyone can believe in
    anything they want to. Even though e cant make everyone happy with
    everyone's religion, we dont to worry about what happened in rome. How
    people were persecuting people who didnt believe in what they believed in.

    Over Expansion
    We have been one territory since our government/country was made. Even if
    we wanted to expand, we really couldnt. Other countries are so protected that
    we couldnt take them over and in our territory, there is no land left to take
    over and it already belongs to us.

    Military Overspending
    We can provide them with food and shelter instead
    We should do this because providing them with food and shelter is better than
    just getting money.
