Read the following paragraph about the actions Scott Dinsmore performs every day
to make a world in peace. Find similarities and differences between his actions to
make a world in peace and your actions. Write at least six sentences using the
grammar and vocabulary you have learned in this learning activity. / Lea el siguiente
prrafo sobre las acciones que Scott Dinsmore realiza cada da para hacer un
mundo en paz. Encuentre similitudes y diferencias entre sus acciones para un

Scott is an English teacher who wants a world in peace:

He always meditates to feel calm and relaxed.


He always thinks positive and avoids negative thoughts.
He does not make offensive comments about other people.
He respects different opinions because he considers that all opinions are
important.
He apologizes when he offends or mistreats another person.
He forgives those who hurt him because he does not like resentment or
revenge.
He does not throw garbage in public places. He also picks up his dogs poop.
He usually gives up his seat to women and old people when he travels by bus
or metro.
When he drives his car, he yields to pedestrians and other vehicles. He never
sounds the horn because he doesnt like when people do that.
He always smiles at people when he walks down the street.
He always greets all people at work, even if he does not know them.
He helps people in need. Sometimes, he teaches English to children for free.
Scott does not drink alcohol. He says that sober people control their emotions
better.
He does not like guns. He thinks guns promote violence.

Scott thinks these actions are a good contribution to peace and make him feel
happy.
