1. What is Capital Punishment?

Ans 1 : The legally authorized killing of someone as punishment

for crime.

2. Is capital Punishment Just or Unjust?

Ans 2 : according to me it is a partial statement. Yes I agree that

it plays with the life of se3veral peoples for instance a family
loses the son, a child loses their parents if they have done any
crime of killing. But on the other hand it also lead to giving the
punishment to innocent one. Inspite of giving the punishment to
single one we should reach to the root of that problem.

3. Conclusion

Ans 3: Capital punishment should be there. But before that we

should identify that we are giving punishment to the right person
not the innocent one.
