RIGHTS

-we are given certain rights by law, constitution, but these rights dont
always apply everywhere: for e.g private places: somebodys house(if the
owner doesnt allow you sth., while you are in his house you should listen
to that persons rules).
-teenagers should listen to their parents as long as they are under
parents roof- teens should play by parents rules but there are also limits
for their rules- teenagers have the right to: life, health care, education,
freedom of expression.
-young people under 18 are still, in law, in custody and care of their parents,
which means that they need their parents permission to leave home.

-the right to do what they like: hobbies, freetime activities, unlimited


access to information;-no restriction regarding ways of spending their free
time, the right to choose their friends, right to privacy.
-freedom of expressing their opinions;
-support teens creativity- the right to have access to all kinds of sources
which can improve their knowledge;
-the right to choose what they want to find out more about- to satisfy their
curiousity;
( By allowing teenagers to be curious about a variety of things, they will not only
develop their skills/improve their knowledge, but they will also build new
perspectives about many life aspects which will later define them as an
individual)

RESPONSABILITIES
-responsibility begets maturity and increases self-esteem, as the child
recognizes that he or she is a capable person.
-teens should be responsible for their homework, their own room, and for
cleaning up after their own projects
- teenagers should be held responsible for their actions
- schoolwork is a primary responsibility
-to engage in decision making

-You have the right to a home,


and the responsibility to keep that home nice.
-You have the right to be fed,
and the responsibility to eat foods which keep you healthy.
-You have the right to be warm,
and the responsibility not to waste energy.
-You have the right to a good education,
and the responsibility to make the most of it.
