Access Sequence

Now we will assign the condition tables in access sequence in order wise. We will
use access sequence in Condition Type. We will assign Access sequence in with
condition type where to fetch the price of the material, freight, taxes, and discount.
When we will give the price or fright percentage or amount, Discount value or
percentage for each condition type in tcode VK11 at that time it will show the
access sequence, at which level we will create the condition amount. We will see it
later in VK11 maintenance document in details.
Some system access Sequence are going to be used are below..
PR02

Here in first column there is sequence number like 10, 20, 30, 40.It means when the
condition will come from pricing procedure to fetch the price calculation condition, it
will check by order from 10 then 20 then 30 then 40.
We are maintain a gap of 10 numbers for each sequence because there may be
possibility of any new condition addition in between them like 11,34,25 like this.
In SAP we will always keep the difference like this to add any new condition
technique in between.
Here it will check line 10 with customer, material with release status. If no value
found then it will go for line 20 for price list category/currency/material with release
status. If here also value not found then it will check line 30. If value found in line 30
then it will not go for checking the line 40.
It means it will search for value until and unless it finds the value. If no value found
in this sequence then there will be zero value for this sequence. To do this we will
have to make the exclusive box X mark. If we will not mark this then it will take all
the values of all lines of 10,20,30,40 where ever we will put values.

It means if there is value of Rs 100 in line 10,Rs 200 in line 20 then it will take both
100 and 100 and 200.But if we tick the exclusive box then from 10 line when Rs 100
found it will not go for line 20. So we need to make it tick for exclusive.

Give details as below.

Enter
Select the same line

Double click on Access.

New Entries
Give the sequence number and the condition we have created as 700

Here no need to give the Exclusive as there is only condition table is available.
Save

Another Access Sequence Create.

New Entries

Select and double click on accesses.

New Entries
Give the table one we had created and another existing table.

Here it will search for 621 values. If we maintain value then it will get it and it will
not check then next line as exclusive is marked. If value not found then it will check
for line 20 value.
