likelihoodofharmbeingrealisedisdeterminedandthelikelyseverityofharmthatwouldresult
identified.
Theapprovedcodeofpracticealsoidentifiesthatwhererisksarehigher,orwhereprocessesare
complexthedepthoftheriskassessmentshouldreflectthisinitslevelofdetail.

providesufficientdetailoftherisks(nuclearindustry,otherindustrieswhereasmallerrorcan
havecatatrophicresults,e.g.chemicalworks,refineries,etc)QuantifiedRiskAssessmentis
