An American sued himself

The man suffers from multiple personality and he wants 250.000 $

as a compensation.
The American Randy, from Belton, Texas, brought a complain
against himself at the law court, with the reason that he makes his life
miserable. Many doctors gave evidence that the plaintiff suffers from
multiple personality and he is convinced that in him live many people.
Simon Eggert, Randys lawyer, presented to the court a lot of
medical certificates through which he tries to show that the man is sure
that this action in the court is the single possibility to escape from one of
his multiple personalitys side. Randy, aged 35, has been present for about
ten years in the psychiatrists evidences.
These men declared that the American has all the symptoms of this
mental disease: It was never succeeded the exactly establishment of the
disease. But from the symptoms we may conclude that Randy suffers
from multiple personality. After many years of observing, I can say that
he presents six different sides of his personality, said a psychiatrist from
Dallas, quoted by the weekly Weekapaly World News.
Five from these personalities are kind. But, the sixth, which we
called Larry, makes his life a nightmare. When this one succeeds to
manifest, Randy becomes angry, behaves badly with the others, he
offends his chiefs and harasses sexually the women. Several times he was
about to be removed by his chiefs, sued by the people round him for this
behaviour. Luckily there were the certificates which proved his multiple
personality, explained Simon Eggert.
It seems that the chances for Randy to win the process against
Larry are very small, being the first case when someone sued himself.
If he is given right, all the American court system will be chaosstricken. Think of the murderers who will kill and then will sustain that
they have multiple personalities, being innocent. Any man who would be
in front of the court could sustain with some medical certificates that his
others personalities are guilty of those accusations, says a teacher from
the Law Faculty from Dallas.
Though, Randys lawyer thinks that there are big chances for this
case to be won.
If this happens, the insurance company where my client has the
policy should pay 250.000$ for the torments Randy was referred to in the
last years by his other personality, ends Simon Eggert.
It is the first case of this kind in the world.
