ORDER: In the Government letter first read above, orders were issued lifting the ban on general transfers from the year 2014-2015. In the Government Order second read above, the period for effecting general transfers in the Commercial Taxes Department for the year 2016 was extended up to 31.8.2016. 2. The Additional Chief Secretary / Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in the letters third read above has proposed the Government to effect certain general transfers in the cadre of Deputy Commissioner (Commercial Taxes) in the Commercial Taxes Department for the year 2016. 3.
