When you are little, everybody is asking you: What you want to be when you grow up?.

The
most frequent answers are: I want to be a doctor!, I want to be a dance or I want to be a
firefighter. When I was asked, I always answered I want to help
people.
My name is Letitia and I didnt give on my dream and I didnt
forget what Ive said when I was little. I like working with people and I
am really enjoying it, I like that the persons with whom I work to be
proactive and open-minded. I like to talk with people, to listen to their
opinions and to bring the best out of them.
Since I was little I make my mission statement come to life.
