fromyourorganization.Ihavebeenhercounselorforseveralyearsandhavealsoseenherwork
onvariousprojectsforschool.Sheconsistentlyputsherentireeffortintowhateversheputsher
mindto,andhasapositiveattitudethatmakesherveryapproachable.
KeyattributesthatKearracontainsarepositiveattitude,clearcommunicationskills,
abilitytoworkonateam,andthedesiretolearn.Kearrascuriousnatureprovidesaplatformto
pushhertolearnmoreaboutasubjectthatsheisinterestedin.Sheisnotafraidtoaskquestions
andexploreconceptsthatsheisunfamiliarwith.IhavehelpedKearraresearchtopicswithinthe
realmofpsychologyandshewaseagertolearnmoreandmoreastheconceptsdevelopedover
time.Herpassionhasshowedtimeandtimeagainthatshedoesnotjustdothingstogetthejob
done.Shegoesaboveandbeyondtofullyunderstandandmasterwhateversubjectathand,
whilealsothinkingcreativelyandaddingherownspinonthingswhentheopportunitypresents
itself.
IknowKearrawillbeanassettoanyschoolsheattendsandIrecommendherwithout
