,000.00. I am willing to settle such unpaid balance and hereby authorize Ms.
MA. ORLINA MARTIN, to transact, process and perform, on my behalf, any
lawful act required and necessary to be done in such account.
I am also requesting your good office to transfer or assign such SMART
Infinity account number as well as mobile number from my name to Ms.
JULITA TEODORO.
