Your duties and responsibilities will be assigned by the Manager or other superior of 1 of the company and the same will also include the jobs assigned by the Mat ygement from time to time. 1.3. Probation: You will be on probation for a period of six months from the date of your joining. During the period of probation, your services are liable to be terminated by either side without assigning any reason and/or without any notice or without any payment in licu of notice. Your probation period may be extended for such further period as may be decided by the Management. However, your services are transferable and you may be assigned after reasonable notice, to any location in India or abroad, either existing or to be set up in future, where the company conduets its business. 15 Confident ity: Except in the proper course of your employment or thereafter, you will not divulge to any third party any information regarding the affairs or business matters of the company or information regarding its customers without prior written approval. All information that comes to your knowledge by reasons of your employment with the company is deemed to be confidential. 1.6 Intellectual Property: The rights to any invention, discovery or creation of any system or method related to the company’s operations and arising out of any work done in the course of your employment will automatically vest with the company In this connection, the company may obtain patent rights in its name (or jointly with others) based on the fact of your invention, discovery or other creative effort. You are specifically made aware that you will not be made liable to any compensation for such acts of yours, and that any reward that the company chooses to bestow will not be deemed to confer any rights towards that invention, discovery or improvement in system or method, by you. 1.7. Use of Personal Information: | confirm that | have voluntarily furnished my personal information to the Company and the Company shall be free to use such information and all other information that | may provide at any time hereinafter. The Company may share such information in connection with my employment and other related matters, as deemed fit and necessary by the Company 18 Leave E itlement: You shall be entitled to casual and sick leaves and also Earned leave/privilege leave as per law applicable in this regard, 1.9 Retirement: You will retire on your 58" birthday or last working day before that, if your birthday does not fall on a working day. 34 Transforming Passion Samm 1.10 Whilst employed by the company - You will not be permitted to undertake any other employment or engage in any external activities of a commercial nature without prior written approval either on honorary basis or otherwise. + You will be required to effectively carry out all duties and responsibilities assigned to you by your manager and others authorised by the company to assign such duties and responsibilities. Your performance will be subject to appraisal by your manager as per the performance management system laid out by the company ~ You will be required to apply and maintain the highest standards of personal conduct and integrity and comply with all company policies and procedures. - You shall be required to sign a Non-disclosure agreement on the date of joining, Please note that such signing is a condition precedent to your joining us. = Verification: Your appointment is subject to satisfactory verification of your character, antecedents and testimonials. This appointment is based on the details provided by you in your application to the company and your curriculum vitae 1.11 Termination: After the written confirmation of your services by the Company, your services shall be liable to be terminated without assigning any reason but by giving one month notice in writing or payment in lieu of one month notice. In case of violation of any procedure or service rules of the Company or any other act of misconduct including improper behaviour, theft, fraud and any other act of misconduct not specified herein, your services are liable to be terminated without giving you one month notice or payment in lieu of such notice.. Alternatively, you can r ‘sign from the services of the Company by giving one month notice or salary in lieu of one month notice. 1.12 Recovery of Dues : It is clearly understood and agreed particularly in view of the training imparted to you and the expenses of such training borne and paid by the Company, that you shall not leave your service of the company before completion of six months. If you leave your service before the completion of aforesaid six months, the company shall deduct an amount of Rs. 7,000/- Transforming Passion into Excellence "| eae (Rupees Seven thousand only) from the amount of your salary or wages payable to you or from the amount of your full and final dues towards the expenses incurred by the Company on the mentioned training ‘Any intentional violation of these or any other Company procedures can result in isciplinary action being taken against you, which may result in termination. In the event of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions of your appointment, you will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts of law at the headquarters of the company viz. New Delhi only. Upon separation from the company on account of either resignation or termination, you need to immediately return to the company all assets and property of the company including documents, files, books, papers and memos in your possession or custody.
