1-get the the motor compressor
rated-load current or branch-circuit selection
current

2-select the larger

3- multi by the largest value by 1.75
4-select the next down standard for the OCPD
5- check this value is sufficient for the starting
current or not
6- if not ,repeat step 3 & 4 with a max factor
2.25 instead of 1.75

Select the cable

1-get the the motor compressor

rated-load current or branch-circuit
selection current
2-select the larger
3- multi by the largest value by 1.25
