VD: glucoz: C6H12O6 hay C6(H2O)6, saccaroz: C12H22O11 hay C12(H2O)11.....
- Phn loi: Gm 3 nhm ch yu sau:
Monosaccarit l nhm cacbohirat n gin, khng b thy phn: Glucoz, fructoz.
isaccarit l nhm cacbohirat khi b thy phn mi phn t sinh ra hai phn t
monosaccarit: saccaroz, mantoz.

phn t monosaccarit: tinh bt, xenluloz.
II- Monosaccarit
1. Glucoz
a) Tnh cht vt l v trng thi t nhin
- L cht rn, tinh th khng mu, d tan trong nc, v ngt
- Glucoz c trong cc b phn ca cy nh r, hoa, qu....c bit l trong qu nho chn, mt ong.
