the following questions.
1. What is the time period of your mess contract with TNNLS?
2. What is the amount of money allotted by TNNLS to you per year?
3. Kindly attach the photocopy of that transaction between you and the
institution.
4. How many workers are working under this contract?
5. How much do you pay the workers per annum?
6. Kindly attach their salary voucher individually.
7. How much do you spend per day for both men and women hostel?
8. How much money do you spend for a head per day?
9. Kindly attach the daily bills including the snacks for a week.
10.Is the weekly expenses is the same every week?
11.If no, what is the reason for that?
12.What is the expenses for the Last semester?
13.Kindly attach the photocopy of the accounts for the last semester.
14.What is the remaining amount for this semester?
15.If more than the last semester, what are you going to do the excess amount?

them to the concerned department.
