    For me i have 6 cores, and a 144HZ monitor, so my launch options look like this
    -high -nod3d9ex -nojoy -threads 4 -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -novid -refresh
    60 -freq 60 +mat_queue_mode 2 +exec autoexec.cfg
