I will be the first in my family to graduate and also to attend college.

My mother did
graduate but it was not from a regular high school, in fact a continuation school. My father
unfortunately did not make it past the tenth grade. Since I am the oldest child I will be the
first to graduate from high school and I look at this as such a big accomplishment in my
life. It is my goal to make my parents nothing but proud of me. Something I am proud of is
making it this far and making my parents and family proud. I do it all for them and just
hope I make them happy. Since I am the oldest of 4 other children this is a big step not just
for me, but also my parents. Another thing I am proud of is being able to have the
experience of being a leader with my friends and a lot of other amazing people.
