Chinese vegetable soup

Ingredients:
Brocolli 1 C
Carrots C
Cabbage C
Bok choy 1 C
Soy sauce ( C for about 8-10C of water)
1 T corn starch.
Vegetable soup powder.
Oil (1-2 Tbsp)
Sambal Oelek Paste (Red Chili Paste, optional)
Procedure
Heat oil in a pot, add hing (Asofedita).
Add vegetables, stir it and cook for one minute on high heat.
Add water and let it boil.
After vegetables are cooked, add the soy sauce, Corn starch and the vegetable powder.
Cook for a few minutes.

Summer Rolls
Ingredients
Rice/Sago wraps
Carrots thin slices or grated
Cucumber thin slices
Avocado thin sliced (optional)
Cilantro (finely chopped)
Tofu (Thin Sliced, optional)
Rice noodles
Procedure
Cook Rice noodles: Boil water with a little salt. Add rice noodles, Cook for 2 minutes and
drain. Cut a couple of times with scissors so that they are not too long.
Dip rice wrap in a warm water, take it out quickly.
Mix carrots, cucumbers, avocados and Tofu.
Roll the above mixture in the Rice wrap
Serve with Soy sauce.
