Union School D ‘To whom it may concern | am writing in strong support of my student Margaret Vaughan. I have known and worked with Margaret since she walked into my marching band in August 2013. Ms. Vaughan entered my band as an anonymous student, but has gone on to become a leader within the group and a featured soloist. Margaret has proven herself to be a highly intelligent, upwardly mobile student. Ms. Vaughan has been a valuable asset to this music program and the school at large. Margaret is an absolute pleasure to work with and a genuinely kind person. It has been a delight watching Ms. Vaughan grow as a musician and a person for the previous three years. She is extremely dedicated, introspective, and reflective. She has used these traits to mature at a rate rarely seen among high school students. Ms. Vaughan has proven herself to be a hard worker and a young go-getter. Through. careful organization, extreme motivation, and tireless commitment, Margaret manages to excel in my classes, dedicate herself to community service, and maintain first-rate grades (to which her transcripts will attest). In closing, Margaret Vaughan is a great student and a great person whom I have no doubt will excel at any challenge she faces.
