Dear Sir,

I would like to discuss a recent issue I faced with a staff working in the swimming pool. It
was on Friday 23rd of September, 2016. It was me (S) and two friends of mine T and O we
came down into water and after than we saw a male staff using his whistle and looking at us
deeply so we were shocked and as you know we are Muslim and in pool we were not in fully
hijab. And he kept looking at us and saying nothing. He did this for more than three times
coming and whistling and going back and finally he said where your head cover is. So both of
us had and we were except of O so she went with him and he was so rude talking and
shouting to her then he took her so she rented a head cover. After that he kept coming each
five minutes and I was trying to hide from him as I am Muslim and he kept coming even 10
times. So once I came out of the pool he stopped coming as my friends noticed. I also asked
most of Malaysian girls in the pool they said usually its a lady!! So we went to complain in
the counter but the other guy refused to give us his friend's name or even his name. There was
so much argument about that as they refuse to give us their names. One lady she was also
staff I think her name NH or like that, she try to help but she also said their names on the wall
go and check so we could only have these two attached pictures with her picture as a witness
as well. The guy who is covering his face is the guy who disturbed us and he kept looking at
us in the pool. And at the same time I took a picture for him he did the same for me!! So we
are asking you to do what you see it suits this situation as I am a Muslim lady and he really
was not acting like a Muslim guy with us. They also said to us go go!! More than one. I think
as a Muslim person in your position you can do something about this terrible issue I faced
with that guy as my first awful issue ever with Malaysian staff.
