FOIL FOR FLAT ROOF INSULATION

Monarplan FM
Foil is a type of PVC P foil made by
calender process and reinforced with
laminated polyester grid.
It is not designed for close quarters to
asphalt and polystyrene.
Foils are used as mechanically
anchored and are hot air welded in
lappings.
Monarplan D
Foil is a type of PVC P foil made by
calender
process
without
reinforcering.

Monarplan FM 1,2/1,60 - thickness 1,2 mm, wide of roll 1,60 m
Monarplan FM 1,5/1,60 - thickness 1,5 mm, wide of roll 1,60 m
Monarplan D

Uses of products:
Monarplan FM

waterproof insulation of flat roofs, especially hall property

with roof supporting structure made of corrugated metal
sufficient for example on places, where work with fire is
needed to be shorten

Uses of Monarplan FM:

Monarplan foil is possible to mechanically anchore, hot air weld or cold glue.
It is not designed for close quarters to bitumen and polystyrene.
At these applications is necessary to use separative layer, e.g. made of unwoven
geotextile 200 g/m2.
In case of rough or uncouth undercoat is necessary to use protective layer against
maechanical impact, e.g. made of unwoven geotextile 300 - 500 g/m2.
We recommend system application at minimal temperature +5 C, by following special
proceedings may be applied also at lower temperature.

Warranty at system Monarplan FM and Monarplan D is granted for 10 years.
