Because of difference in skills and knowledge of employees, training will be

designed in Modular manner. Training will be divided into 3 modules and group will
be created according to modules.
Module 1:
There will be attitude change module at the beginning as, employees are not
motivated toward doing work on computers. The focus of this module is to motivate
employees that how much the beneficial is doing work on computers than manual
work. Also tell them it will also helpful in their nonprofessional lives. So that trainee
will pay full attention in next 2 modules too. It will be short lecture/discussion
session and assistant manager himself present it because of budget limitations. All
48 employees will attend this module.
Module 2:
Module 2 is about basic computer knowledge. Here, lecture method follow by
demonstration method is suitable to train or guide employees about basic computer
knowledge and how to use computers. 7 employees (5 new+ 2 old) already knows
very well about computers. So remaining 41 employees will be go through training.
Those 7 employees will assign as trainers to train others. 1 trainer will give lecture
on basics about computer, its components. Then, groups will be established. Each
trainer will give demonstration about how to operate/use computer to 6 trainees.
Module 3:
12 employees knows about Microsoft windows and MS Office. So, here they will act
as a trainer as we know budget is limited. Here, On the Job Training (OJT) method of
training is suitable. There are 37 trainees who have deficiencies in windows And MS
Office usage. So, each trainer will train 3-4 trainees. Trainees will observe
experienced and skilled employees performing work on MS Office. Trainer also guide
them. When trainee understand all about Microsoft windows and MS office, they will
perform work on computers. Trainers will provide continuing guidance and feedback.
