Presidents Message
Hello Everyone, I hope that the Summer was good to everyone and you had a chance to get
out and do some camping, fishing, and prospecting. We started to plan the Thanksgiving and
Christmas party last meeting. The Thanksgiving party will be at the Eagle's building on the
19th of Nov. at 3pm. The doors will be open at 2pm for set up. This is a potluck event but we
are signing up for the major items. If you would like to help cook a turkey or ham the club will
be paying for them. The food sign-up sheet will be at the meeting. If you can't make it to the
meeting and would like to bring something give Tami Matthews a call. Remember the Thanksgiving party is for the whole family, there will be games and prizes. We will have a short meeting at the beginning.
We are still working on the Christmas party as far as location and menu. We will have the
"White Elephant" gift exchange again this year. Please bring your inputs. The Christmas party
is for club member adult couples only.
We will be taking nominations for next years club officers at this months meeting and the Nov.
meeting. The club needs leaders as well as followers, think about helping out OUR club.

Membership dues are from January through December. Anyone joining after October 1 will be
considered a paid member through the next
