BAM VIDEO DELAY

So, what does a "Video delay" do?

It continuously shows you what just happened seconds ago. There is no
alternating record or play phase, just continuous playback but with a given delay.
This way you get fast and easy accessible video feedback.

Also, no tapping, rewinding or other interactions are needed. Once set up it

works hands free so you can focus on your moves.

Now there are just two easy steps:

1. BUST A MOVE
(do what you want to learn)
2. LOOK & LEARN
(see what you just did and what's wrong)

Part of this lesson requires you to use Bam Video Delay to aid in the coaching
of your selected skill drill.
This will involve you setting up the iPad/tablet you are using on the tripod and
positioning it so it captures the athlete performing the drill/skill. Youll need to
select an appropriate delay time setting which enables the athlete to perform the
skill then move off court to view their performance on the screen (10, 15 or 20
seconds).
As the athlete views their performance, this is your opportunity to give explicit
coaching feedback on aspects of their movement which they:
