1. ___ This is to announce the schedule of the Secondary Schools Press Conference EDDIS
Level (English & Filipino) for School Year 2016-2017, which are listed hereunder:

2. Prior to the conduct of EDDIS Presscon, all schools shall have their respective
elimination rounds.
3. The objectives of the EDDIS Presscon are:

4. _ Each school together with teacher-coaches shall send the following as participants to
the EDDIS Presscon. (NOTE: No Grade 11 students)

5. Broadcasting and Collaborative Publishing are not yet included in the EDDIS
Presscon,
6. A registration fee of one hundred pesos (P 100.00) shall be collected from each
contestant: Teacher-coaches are included in paying the registration fee. The amount shall be
used to defray expenses for certificates, supplies, meals and honorarium for invited resource
speakers.
‘The amount shall be charged from canteen/
1001 paper funds subject to the usual
accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Participants from private schools should
make arrangements with their respective ad
inistrators,
7. Contestants in Photojournalism should bring point and shoot digital camera with
maximum of 16.9 megapixels.
