Blueberry Crumble Pie

Crust:

Butter
Flour
Salt
Ice water

Filling:

3 pints blueberries
4 tsp cornstarch
1 cup sugar
tsp lemon zest
Pinch of black pepper

Mix together and crush berries by hand a bit.


Topping:

1 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar

Process in a food processor until the consistency of sand.

Cold butter

Add the cold butter and process more until the consistency of crumble, about 30 seconds.
