"I love anything and everything from Louisiana, and the food is no
exception! This is a blend of herbs and spices that I came up with that is as
close as I can get to the Creole flavour without actually being there."

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon onion flakes
3 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
2 tablespoons dried thyme
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon white pepper
1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 lime, zest of

DIRECTIONS
1.Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2.Store in an airtight container no longer than 6 months.
