ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research was to discover and describe how the
implementation of policy registration marriage reconciled based on Government
Regulation Number 19 year 2015 in KUA (office of religious affairs) Indralaya
subdistrict Ogan Ilir Regency, and also to discover and analyze the factors
obstacles in the implementation of policy marriage reconciled based on
Government Regulation Number 19 year 2015 in KUA (office of religious affairs)
Indralaya subdistrict Ogan Ilir Regency.
The method of this reseach was using descriptive qualitative method. The
sources of the data was obtained from primary data and data secondary as well
as the technique of collecting data through observation, interview, and
documentation.
