SECTION 1: Findings
Congress makes the following findings:
1)An omni-directional vertical axis design of wind turbine can withstand the
strong force of the wind, and harness energy from typhoons and cyclones.
2)The Energy of one typhoon can create enough energy for a country for
decades, thus massively decreasing the cost of electricity for the common
people.
3)Theoretically, can replace all other sources of energy source in the future
once the method for storing all the energy is discovered.
SECTION 2: Purpose
The purpose

of this bill is to promote the funding for the wind turbine industry,
especially the creation of an o
mni-directional vertical axis design wind turbine
that is able to harness energy from hurricanes.
SECTION 3: General Provisions
This Act will provide a fund of 30 billion for the Department of Energy WInd energy
research program. This will promote the development of a new wind turbine that
is able to harness energy from Natural disasters such as typhoons, hurricanes,
or tornadoes.
The development of this specific wind turbine will provide our nation with enough
energy for the entire population for decades, without any other sources or
energy. This massively cuts the need for federal spending on other forms of
energy production, and the cost for electricity for our people.
The use of this clean energy will result in reduced carbon emission due the cheaper,
and useful clean energy provided from the use of the new wind turbine, creating
a better, cleaner environment for our people.
SECTION 4: Definitions
Clean energy: energy that is collected from resources which are naturally

replenished on a human timescale, such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides,

waves, and geothermal heat.

New design of wind turbine: typhoon-powered wind turbinea roughly 18-foot

structure that contains three distinctive prongs.
Wind turbine: a turbine having a large vaned wheel rotated by the wind to generate
electricity
