Binangkal is a snack that you can easily bring with you, it last for a long

time and could easily make you full with just a glassful of water.
How to make it? There are many recipes available if you search the internet
or you can try this one out:

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

3/4 cups brown sugar

2/3 cups water

2 tbsp oil

sesame seeds

Sift together dry ingredients.


Mix brown sugar, water and oil then add to flour mixture. Mix until
blended well.

Using a teaspoon, take small bits of batter then roll in sesame seeds.

Fry in deep hot oil until golden brown.

You can add milk and or vanilla too for extra flavor!
