what is more important for an agent, KNOWLEDGE or ATTENDANCE ?"

heartbeat. But attendance, basically, dealing with ATTENDANCE ISSUE is a
behavioral thing that no matter how many times it was taught, it cannot be
learned until the agent himself changes."

"But if you have KNOWLEDGE, wouldn't you be able to realize the value of
ATTENDANCE ?"

WISDOM, not KNOWLEDGE. Knowledge is the capability of a person to learn
rational things and memorize them. But WISDOM is an ability of a human being
to learn things and apply it while using critical thinking. As you can have
KNOWLEDGE without WISDOM. But you can't have WISDOM without
KNOWLEDGE. "
