The Committee i comprised of school dreters, principals, representatives from all employee groups, parents, as well as members from the law enfoccement end emergency management community. The primary focus of the SAC to provide Input and recommendations tothe upervizor af School Security ‘oimprove and enhance security procedures, raining, and equipment forthe school system ‘School Closures and Boundary Adjustments implementation Report ‘The attached Schoo! Closure and Boundary Adjustment Plan Implementation Report is provided monthly during the implementation period. The report updates the Board on major activites required to implement the plan and wil evolve ‘throughout tre Implementation. New items for une month ae represented in BOLD font, Vision 2038 Activities and Accomoishments 2015-2016 Based on community input, a 2012-2013 the Board of Education revised governing documents to abandon its vision and imision statement in favor of a Core Statement, Core Values, and Core Beliefs to support thelr Goals Statements. Immediately following the establishment ofthese new documents, the Superintendent began a process to establish an ‘organizational lan aligned with these new governance ideals to define priorities and guide the operations ofthe system forthe next five years.
