Re: INFORM THE ISSUE FOR ADDING TWO SELF-ENRICHMENTS COURSE IN
THE SAME SEMESTER.
My name is Mohamad Alif Bin Abd Manan and I am writing this letter because I have an issue
about adding two self-enrichments course in the same semester.
Actually, right now I am in semester six and its going well until week twelve.The incident was
one of my self-enrichment couse had disappeared from the system.I was totally shocked because
I alredy added two seld-enrichment course and did it well.
I go to administrator and asked them why one of my self-enrichment course had
disappeared.They told me that student cannot add two self-enrichment course in one semester.I
feel really upset because all my effort just gone in one week.

The problem is next semester I need go practical session and if I cant solve this problem then I
will be in big trouble for my practical session.The university should tell to student that we cant
add two self-enrichment course in one semester.Right now from the system problem it alredy
cause me in big trouble.
For your information I alredy go and talk with my lecturer and he told me to writer this letter to
you.I am one of the best student in my class and this assignment had cost me a lot of money and
time.I cant really accept it if I need to do it again.
Acording to this issue I hope sir can help me to solve it.
