Target Consumer-Restaurants around the United States
Target Cost. Cost should be around $100. Cheapest polisher out there is
$160.
Performance. Efficiently cleans wine glasses at a quick speed
Durability and Maintenance. For our product, the main cleaning
beams will need to be routinely washed based on how much they have
been used. Cleaning beams will be able to come off the product and
be washed in a sink and/or in a washer. Parts will not need to be
replaced unless they are mistreated.
Materials. Hard durable plastic, (High impact Polystrene) Microfiber Cloth,
Coarse strings of cloth/ yarn.
Customer Needs. Affordable Polisher, minimal time is wasted by the bar,
glasses are in good serving condition.
Size and Weight. Between 2-4 lbs. The base is about 10in wide with three
main beams at around 8 inches high. Needs to fit well behind the bar.
Aesthetics. Clean appearance with clear cap on the front. A grey and
burgundy color scheme would be very clean.
Ergonomics.
Operating Environment. Restaurant, behind the bar. Would be a wet
environment and potentially dirty depending on how well cleaned the bar is.
Service Life. Will continue to work until mistreatment/overuse leads to
failure.
Product Life. Will not need to be replaced unless it somehow becomes
broken.
Safety and Legal Issues. There are no safety or legal issues with using
our product.
Global Environment. The product will have no effect on the environment at
all.
