Negative thinking can quickly spiral out of control and destroy your confidence if
you allow it. This is where The Four Step Method a simple technique for
becoming aware of disempowering thoughts comes in. Its quickly learned and
easily applied and, with practice, soon becomes second nature.
The four steps are:
1. Be mindful.
2. Stop disempowering thoughts.
3. Replace them with empowering thoughts.
4. Keep going until it becomes automatic.
The Four Step Method is quite simply the most effective single technique I know for
