do hereby undertake that if I am selected for the post of _______________________ in the
Deptt. of __________________________________ Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar
(for which I have not brought No Objection Certificate from the previous employer),
I will not ask for extension in joining time and will resign from the present position
before joining this University. In case I am unable to join the post offered to me during the
joining time, I will have no claim for that post as a matter of right.
I further undertake that there is no criminal/civil proceedings in a court of Law or
departmental enquiry pending against me.
