Data Loader:

1.First we have to open the Data loader software.

2. Next we have to login to our application.

3. after login into the application.


Now I am creating calendar by using the data loader.
First open the window where you are up loading the data.
Now I am creating the accounting calendar so I am opening the accounting
calendar window. Navigation is
Setup>>Financials>>Calenders>>Accounting

Here we have to upload our accounting calendar data.


When we are creating the accounting calendar we have to provide the all
data.
Same way when youre uploading data by using data loader. You have to
provide the all the data. This data we have to provide in the Data loader
excel sheet.

In the calendar we are providing calendar name first.

That name you have to provide in data loader sheet.

After that we are providing TAB.


TAB means after providing name of calendar we have to go for next tab,

To perform that activity we have to provide the TAB in next filed.

After that we have to provide the description. So that descriptions also we


have to provide into the template.

After description we have to go to the period line but in the window we have
one more option that is Enable Security. After description providing TAB so
it will move to the next filed. Next filed is Enable security. When we are
creating accounting calendar its not required. In that case we have to
provide one more tab in the template.

Based on the above data it will upload like this.

After that we have to provide the period lines in the accounting calendar.
That information we have to provide same like below screen short.

It will upload the data same like below

Same way we have to provide the data for lines,

Here we have to create one adjustment period right. Here we have to enable
adjustment button, for that we have to provide key as *SB in template.
*SB means Space,
After creating the template we have to perform the data load activity. When
you are loading data first you have to verify you data, next you have to

select the first filed from where youre starting uploading data. If you starting
with the name of calendar you have to select calendar filed. If you are
starting with the periods you have to select starting period line.

If you want save the data automatically you have to provide key as *SAVE
then system will save the information in application.

After creating the template we have to perform the loading activity. To start
loading first we have to select the Command Group, and Window.

Command Group means what version of application we are using.

Window means in the desktop in which window we are uploading data that
window we have to select.

After that perform the activity go to TOOLS>>>START LOAD

Select the OK

It will upload the data and save the information also.

Same way we have to upload the data in application.
