Blank excel sheet opens up when you download it for uploading GL Daily Rates or GL Journals Import
How to reporoduce this issue
Simply hit the 'Create From Spreadsheet' button from GL Daily Rates or GL Journals Import Form, and open it.

Missing ADF Deskstop Integrator plugin from Excel worksheet
Solution
1. Simply download ADF Deskstop Integrator plugin (ADF DI) plugin from Oracle Fusion Apps server. This file
is present in the following folder:
/app/APPLTOP/fusionapps/oracle_common/modules
file name = oracle.adf.desktopintegration_11.1.1
2. The downloaded file will contain a folder named - 'adfdi-excel-runtime-client-installer'. Unzip this folder.
3. From the unzipped files, click on 'setup.exe' to automatically install the excel plugin for ADFDF.
4. Now reopen the downloaded Excel File and it will then ask you for login. After login it will automatically
download the required files and data, and you will then be able to see the columns in the excel worksheet.
