Answer - We only accept partial payment or deposit for large group request, but we cant process
your reservation if you dont make a complete payment 2 weeks before your arrival and your tours
will be cancelled given charged fee according to the Terms and Condition cancelation policy (link this

*Question - Is it safe for the payments online in your website?
Answer - We secure your information in a confidential and encrypted private database. We have a

Customer Agreement:
By becoming a tourfrombali.com customer, you have agreed, understand with our policies
and Terms & Conditions, and bounded by its consent. We encourage you to read all our
agreement to review it before taking your trip.
-You must be an adult of at least 17 years old otherwise you must have a parent or guardian
that will take our trip with you.
-You are responsible to read your schedules and reservation packages which includes : Tour
Itinerary, Packages, Policies, Terms and Conditions, Our Advice, etc. And hereby, you have
read and understood all the material given out to you by TourfromBali and will waive the
right to dispute any part of it after your payments. It is the customers obligation the keep all
contact information up to date.
-Within 1-2 business days after submitting your payment you will be notified via email of
your reservation number as an E-ticket will be sent to you after we are confirmed and all
arrangements have been finalized.
-TourfromBali strongly encourage its customers to purchase an Insurance which covers any
medical, trip cancelation, accidents, etc. The travel insurance are offered by a third party.
-The tour products given to our customers are operated by independent providers. We act as
an agent for providers of transportation, hotels, scenic spots, and tours. Tourfrombali shall
not be charged from any liability in such case of accident resulting in not limited to, loss or
damage properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other
occurrences. Thus, you agree that we will not be liable for any costs or damages from your
disagreement between you and our local suppliers or third party for anything that is in any
way related to our agencies. Hereby, you waive any such claim against Tourfrombali and its

Our price might seem covered all your expenses on your trip here in Indonesia. But, you
might need some Rupiah on your trip too. So we suggest you to bring Rupiah on your
itinerary as well.
-Packages Excludes:
i. Airfares from your home,
ii. Service Fees for tour guides or bus driver (min. $5.00/day or Rp. 50,000 per person),
Our tour guides and bus driver work hard to endeavor their service. Their weekly
earnings are depending on your given tips. Please pay the minimum amount of

Our Advices
-You shall bring winter/cold clothing to Bromo Mountain as the temperature might reach
under 10 degree Celsius. We will go to the mountain before sunrise and the temperature
could reach zero degrees or below
-We strongly advice to book your tour routes at least 1 month before your departure. But
during high season we advised you to book at least 2 months before your departure.
-It is advised to give us your recommendation of a hotel for you 1-2 months before your
departure.
-Let us know your pick up location (which airport) 2 week before your departure. If in any
circumstances you changed the pickup location, you should have notify us 1 week earlier.
-If the hotels are fully booked we will find a similar suitable hotel for you
-We recommend our customers to purchase insurance ahead of time.

Batur volcano height of about 1717 meters, it is one of the active volcanoes in Indonesia. The mountain is a
large caldera, it is considered the most beautiful in the world's largest caldera. Montenegro still breathing on
dry and give the people living on the island. Batur volcano located in Bangle, Regent Kintamani area. Since
1804 the mountain has erupted 26 times. The biggest eruption in 1926, which caused the Batur village was
covered with lava. The last eruption occurred in 2000, but fortunately not so great. Therefore, there is now
the village of Batur volcano in the south after the eruption established village. Mount Batur volcano plays an
important role in the lives of people around them, and everyone on the island.

Agung volcanic formations, the highest point on the island. It dominates the climate surrounding the
affected area. Clouds from the west and Agung take water in the western region of lush green, dry and
barren east. Agung last erupted in 1963. - 1964 and still in force, with a large and very deep crater
occasionally smoke and ash, from a distance, the mountain seems completely conical, despite the existence
of a large crater.

(A.I) Bali - East Java Central Java: 7 days (Airport Pick Up !)

1. Itinerary
Day 1 :We pick you up at the Ngurah Rai Bali Airport to drive you to your hotel in Bali. We will go to Kuta
Beach if you have time for sunset in Bali.
Day 2 : We will depart by bus from Bali at 08:00 then we will arrive at Banyuwangi port to take a ferry to
Java Island. We will arrive at Probolinggo (town) and we will see the big waterfall Madakaripura for less
than an hour, then we will head to a hotel and had to get an early sleep (7:00PM). You will have to purchase
your breakfast for tomorrow before going to sleep.
Day 3 : We will have to wake up early at 2:30 AM to head to volcanic Bromo Mountain to see the sunrise
(big part of the tour). Tourist will have breakfast at the hotel, so by 4:00 AM we will take a jeep to go to the
bottom of Bromo Mountain and we will see the desert surrounding it. From the parking spot we will take
horses to reach to Bromo Mountain. At 10:00 AM we will go back to the parking spot and head to Terminal
Bus Sukapura. From the terminal we will head to Yogyakarta City and will arrive at the Hotel by 9:00 PM.
Day 4 : At 08:30 AM we will travel around Yogyakarta (city) for the whole day and eventually see the world
of wonders Borobudur and Prambanan temple and we could also enjoy the scenic view of the city during the
night. Then we will head to Surabaya (City) to get some sleep and arrive the Surabaya hotel by 10:00 PM.
Day 5 : We will depart from hotel at 07:00AM to travel around Surabaya city to see China town and check
out Kong Co Kong Tik Cun Ong Temple. Before noon we should arrive at Theme Park and or Zoo called

Jatim Park 2. Tourist should have lunch and dinner inside the park. At 04:00 PM, from Jatim Park 2 we will
head to Ijen Crater and arrive the Ijens Hotel by 10:00PM.
Day 6 : We will see Red Island and Green Bay for the whole day. Eventually, we will head back to Bali after
lunch. All of us shall have arrived back at Bali by night.
Day 7 : We will pick you up at your hotel to drive you back to Ngurah Rai Bali Airport.

(G.I) Gili Island : Minimum 3 days

1. Itinerary
The standard package is that you will be staying 2 night at Gili Island. For this package you have the option
to increase the number of your stay at Gili Island, but if you increase the number days stay at Gili we will
not guarantee to provide you transportation and you will not be accompanied by our tour guide for your
return to Bali. We will only provide such service if there are more than 14 people chose to have the same
number of days stay as you.
Day 1 : We will pick you up in the morning at 6:00 AM at your hotel in Bali or at the meeting point at Best
Western Kuta Beach, Benesari Road, Kuta Beach, Kuta, Badung, Bali 80361.

We will take you to another island called Gili. Then we will drive you to the port to take a modern fast boat,
boarding time at 7:30AM. You will arrive in Gili Island before noon to enjoy the view of our beautiful
island landscape.
Day 2 : You could enjoy the island scenic views, snorkeling, horse riding, diving, push bikes, water sport,
which all can be arranged before your departure to Bali or you could take the options with local suppliers.
Day 3 : Eventually, on the last day we will pick you up and take you to the Trawangan harbor to aboard on
fast boat at 10:30am to arrive back at Bali by noon.

Day 1: We will pick you up from Airport to their hotel by afternoon or night shift. We could offer our tourist

Depart Bali in the morning to catch your flight to Lombok, upon arrival at Mataram Airport, met our guide
who will escort you on a full day excursion around the island. Visiting Sukarara Village which famous
for its traditional hand-woven fabric. Banyu Mulek Village is a pottery village where beautiful work of
traditional pottery from different style abd suze are made. Rambitan Village, typical as well as

Standing a massive as 1.717 meters, Mount Batur is one of the active volcanoes in Indonesia. This mountain
has a large caldera which is considered to be one of the biggest and most beautiful in the world. The dry
black mountain still has breath and it gives life to the people on the island. Located in the Kintamani
area, Bangli Regency, the mountain has erupted 26 times since 1804. The biggest eruption was in 1926
which caused the Batur village to be covered by lava. The last eruption took place in 2000, but luckily it
was not a big one. So the Batur Village on the south of the volcano that exists now is a new village that
was bult after the eruption. Mount Batur plays a significant role in the life of the people around the
volcano as well as everybody on the island.

This strata volcano is the highest point on the island. It dominates the surrounding area influencing the
climate. The clouds come from the west and Agung takes their water so that the west is lush and green
and the east dry and barren. Mount Agung last erupted in 1963 64 and is still active, with a large and
very deep crater which occasionally belches smoke and ash. From a distance, the mountain appears to
be perfectly conical, despite the existence of the large crater.
From the peak of the mountain, it is possible to see the pea of Mount Rinjani on the island of Lombok,
although both mountains are frequently covered in cloud.

provide). After Lunch, our Becak (pedi-cab) ride visiting the kampong in the city, traditional market
and a Chinese Temple. End in the afternoon check in at Banyuwangi hotel. Dinner served at the hotel
and evening at own leisure.
Day 02 : From Mt. Ijen Bali
Early wake up cal and breakfast, then drive by 4WD Jeep to the slopw of Mt. Ijen. Passing through
plantation and rain forest. This is one of the few left in the island of Java with giant ferns and big tree.

Pause at the Park Ranger post before hiking further up to the slope of the crater. About 1.5 hours is
needed to ascend the rim of the crater along the shady track with amazing views. Take a rest on the edge
of the crater 2883 meters altitude. The ulfuric lake reflects eerie color over the surrounding walls to
give an apocalypse like impression. After observation at crater back to hotel for take a bath and Lunch,
than back to Ketapang Harbor for take Ferry back to Bali and Arrive in Bali in the evening.
