Introduction:

In the computer graphics spline curve is described with the help of two orthogonal curves .the term spline curve
formed with the polynomial section satisfying specified continuity condition at the boundary of the pieces.
Interpolation splines:
When polynomial sections are fitted so that the curve passes through each control points, the resulting curve is said
to interpolate the set of control points.
Approximation spline:
When the polynomials are fitted to the general control point path without necessarily passing through any control
point, the result curve is said to approximate the set of control points.
Parametric and Geometric Continuity Conditions
