Purpose:
This procedure specifies the method of reparation of shells deformations.

Procedure of reparation
1-Place a steel beam around the deformation.
2-Place a jack bettwen the profile and the shell.
3-Adjust with the jack:
Push out progressively the shell if deformation is directed to interior.
Push in progressivelythe shell if deformation is directed to exterior.
If the local deformation contains a welding joint, it is better to heat the
joint by adding more passes to facilitate its repositioning, after we
proceed for grinding for rubber lining surface preparation.
4-Checking the final roundness obtained with template to be sure that deformation is
corrected.
