Propose three to five additional activities that would


help you estimate resources and durations. Describe these new activities.
The objective in designing additional activities can imply the awareness into possible extra resources
for managing the project towards completion. In most cases, the project manager will impose the
additional coverage of assurances that will support the project during difficulties and shortcomings, in
regards to resources. The project manager is in a position of overseeing the possibilities to either
progress the work teas forward based on the scope or deterring in manner that limited
communication being relayed to the stakeholders. Thus, the aim is to try and think of activities that
will account for managing the project work teams as well as informing the stakeholders accordingly,
such as;
a. Contingency plans (Try and think of the process and managing tasks involved to assuring of
possible setbacks in starting the project and during the project)
b. Communication model (Try and think of the required means for assuring the project status is
updated, especially, to the core stakeholders and work teams to making sure discrepancies or late
deliverables accounted for within the project duration)
c. Risk management (Try and think of the noted risks with specialty teams of IT and Programming
that can results in major delays as well as the equipment capability that hinders an ability to even
staying on budget if a different model is warranted)
Keep in mind the objective is to focusing on accountability to resources being available, thus, the
communication to work teams and senior level management is key to assuring volume is at a level
that sustains the project further. Thus, the creation of tasks relate towards activities for warranting a
level of responsibility that refrains from excessive unforeseen issues preventing the conclusion of the
project.
