THE FIGHTER DETOX

Use a JUICER MACHINE (and not a blender) to extract juice from all the foods below and mix together:
1 medium beetroot
3-5 medium carrots
3-4 celery sticks (use the whole stick and not only the leaves)
Mint to taste
1 cucumber

1 lemons juice to each serving


On Sunday only, add ONE APPLE (with skin) to each serving of juice. The detox juice you will have from Monday to
Saturday will NOT have an apple in it- all other ingredients must be added though.
