Rsum
Le rle des mass-mdia dans lvolution des valeurs de la
citoyennet chez lopinion publique :
La citoyennet est considre comme une valeur importante lie
lagissement (la raction) des systmes politique la construction sociale
par lchange des ides et des opinions (idologique), travers les massmdia qui est considre comme une partie de la vie contemporaine, cette
dernire est devenue critre de mesure du progrs (davancement) des
socits et leur engagement aux valeurs civilises, ce qui la acquise une
force dinfluence durant (pendant) les rvolutions arabes, celle qui devient
un point de changement trs important et qui laisse une trace sur les valeurs
de citoyennet chez lopinion publique arabe.
- Aprs cette tude on pose la question suivante :
- Est-ce que les mass-mdias ont particip dans lvolution des valeurs
de la citoyennet chez lopinion publique ?
Ils ont utilis la technique dtude du cas pour analyser la fonction des
chaines dinformation : Aljazeera, Al arabia, France 24 durant leur
couverture des rvolutions arabes et son influence sur lopinion publique
arabe.
Ils ont rependu sur cette question en devisant la recherche en deux
parties :La premire partie : qui indique le cadre de concepts (des
connaissances) dans le quel ils ont limit les concepts (nations) dans ltude
(Mass-mdia, la citoyennet, lopinion publique).
La deuxime partie : qui indique de cadre analytique, dans le quel ils ont cit
la couverture des mass-mdia des rvolutions et leur influence sur les valeurs
de citoyennet arabe, ils ont valu la fonction de la chaine Aljazeera et sa
couverture des rvolutions arabes et son influence sur lopinion publique.
