Art Relevent
Second Grade

Looking at this data, I determined that the students did well during the
lesson, but they could have done better. In the post-test spelling words
the students in both grades received an average score of 67%. In the
art relevancy category the students received an average of 50% for
the first graders and 100% for the second graders. To improve on my
post-test scores I would do a better job explaining to students how to
know the differences between the ee and ea blends for the second
graders. For the first graders I will do a better job at making sure they
focus so they will receive a higher score that is more reflective of their
actual knowledge. For the art relevancy, I would not change anything
for the second graders, but for the first graders I would make sure I
stayed attentive and on top of students who were off task and not
focused on the reading so that when they draw they will know what to
draw and it will be relevant to what they are learning.
