Rodgers,

As you know, I am planning a field trip for December 12th, 2016. To save
on out of pocket transportation costs, and need for drivers, I would like to
possibly like to use one of our school districts buses. For clarification, we will
be going the Stars and Stripes Museum/Library in Bloomfield, MO. We are
hope to leave school on that day at 8:30 a.m., and will return at 3:00 p.m. on
that same day. In the unlikely event that this bus request wont work out,
please let me know.
