Article Summary (Who, What, When, Why - complete sentences): This article is about an
Egyptian Human Rights group. An Egyptian Human Rights group was prevented from
accessing its funds and was told that its account had been blocked. This occurred on
November 10th, 2016. Mr. Nasr says that They dont know exactly what

happened, whether our assets are frozen or our account is shut down
or what. We will try to obtain the written order on Sunday when
banks reopen.
Your view on the article/ prediction of how this event will turn out (5-10 sentences): I
believe that this event will change and allow the Egyptian Human Rights group to access
their account again. Their assets were froze to prevent the center from carrying out their
crucial work to provide care to survivors of horrific violence. I think that if this changes
they will be allowed to access their account again. The center challenged the

order in court and still operates. The order is still operating in court.
