The umbrela systems is the intermediary between the

freelance and the final client who takes charge managing
the invoices, payments, taxes, etc.
The freelance presents to the umbrella company the
expenses related to the project (transport, supply, etc.).
The umbrella company presents the invoice to the final
client including the expenses. The final client pays the
umbrella company.
The employee in the Umbrella Company they have rigth
have vacations, It goes down for maternity / paternity,
sick leave, etc.
