Mlis Chess Competition 2016

Every game will have an Arbiter (volunteer) to make sure the
game runs smoothly.
Moves must be made using one hand only. If a participant
touches a piece, he/she will have to make a legal move using that
piece.
If a player touches one of the opponent's pieces then that piece
must be captured if there is a legal move that does so.
The stop clock will be operated by the arbiter with as much
precision as possible. The stop clock will be stopped for a player
only when he/she has placed his piece and completed the his
move i.e. the stop clock wont be stopped until he/she makes a
move and leaves contact with the piece.
